About Hauder Building
Nate is an Idaho Native who has worked in the construction industry for 25 years. He’s had hands on experience in the concrete, framing and roofing construction trades, and has learned from and worked for numerous professionals in the industry.
After graduating from Boise State University with a degree in Construction Management, Nate spent eight years as project manager for residential developers in Oregon and Idaho. During this time he gained valuable experience managing building projects, supervising subcontractors, and working with homeowners. He has built hundreds of homes and therefore understands the collaborative nature of home building.
Being a natural entrepreneur, Nate started Hauder Building in 2004. The focus of his twelve-year- old company is building, renovation, and urban infill. Nate values creativity and innovation as he works with designers, homeowners, his loyal subcontractors, and City Planning and Zoning. Along the way, Nate has earned the NAHB gold standard for green building.
Nate prides himself in re-imagining, re-using and modernizing real estate that has outlived its usefulness. He takes pride in turning older properties and empty lots into valuable assets homeowners and neighbors will enjoy and appreciate.
